Row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua in the Caribbean. I am seeking to find someone aged 20-30 to join me on the adventure of a lifetime and to take part in The Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge in 2026. I already have a place in the row.

More people have climbed Everest than rowed the Atlantic. Consuming c.5,000 calories a day surviving on mostly freeze-dried ration packs. Each person will average 1.5 million oar strokes over the course of the journey. A rotation of 2 hours on and 2 hours off, 24 hours a day for the duration of the challenge. People will be with mother nature, with no social media, you may hallucinate due to fatigue and exhaustion, but you will see incredible sunrises and sunsets, you may even find whales and dolphins following you, and maybe the odd shark will pop and say hello!

I am seeking someone who loves a challenge and does not quit when the going gets tough. No rowing experience is required, but a desire and love for adventure and endurance fitness are preferable. The right person must be driven and hard-working. If you have a background in oceans/seas/sailing then that’s a bonus!

I am looking to break some records so the person must be highly motivated and ready to push when rock bottom hits. Must be willing to commit to lots of training and preparation on and off the water. The aim is to have an all women's team ages around 20-30. Either as a pair or a four.

A little about me

  • I am 23 and I work full-time in London

  • I love a challenge / doing crazy things in the spur of the moment. i.e. decided to run a full marathon the night before with no training!

  • I have been lucky enough to grow up by the sea, sailing was a big part of my childhood, and I love the ocean

  • I am highly active! I ride my peloton every day without fail, I also swim and run to name a few.

  • My weakness - A nice cold glass of Róse
